Once used by seedseers as a place for spiritual reflection and meditation, Haukke Manor was long frowned upon by the people of Gridania as a symbol of excess. After years of protest, the building was finally sold to a wealthy duskwight by the name of Lady Amandine. While little is known of the Lady, it was said that she was exceptionally vain, and that to maintain her impeccable beauty, she would spare no expense. From facial creams concocted from rare Coerthas honeys to shampoos derived from the milk of exotic phurbles, her daily ritual of beauty treatments escalated until it was rumored she was bathing in the blood of her virgin maidservants. No amount of man-made tinctures, however could hide the hideous scars she eventually suffered during the Calamity, and from that day forth she was forced to turn to a darker solution, signing away her very soul in a final effort to "save face."
Manor Claviger possesses a melee cleaver attack that is not telegraphed. This attack can cause significant physical damage to party members who are lightly armored. It is crucial to position the tank in a way that faces Claviger away from the rest of the party. Once defeated, the Foyer doors will open, and Claviger will drop a Green Key. However, it is important not to proceed forward to the Foyer. Instead, the party should exit the boss room and utilize the Green Key to unlock the Ivy Door. Additionally, Claviger has several other abilities. "Sweet Steel" is an untelegraphed cone AoE melee attack, "Void Fire II" is an interruptible AoE spell that is typically targeted at a player who is farther away from the boss (such as a ranged DPS or healer), and "Dark Mist" is a large PBAoE spell that can be avoided by stunning Claviger.
In the same room, you will find the Manor Jester and Manor Steward bosses. The Jester is a spell caster, while the Steward serves as the tank. It is recommended to defeat the Jester first because it inflicts more damage and has less HP. Upon defeating the Jester, the Steward will drop a slip of Bloody Parchment. In Patch 6.1, a teleporter was added to return players to the dungeon entrance. The Bloody Parchment can then be used to unlock the Sealed Barrier located along the stairs. The Jester's Ice Spikes spell can be interrupted, and the Steward's Soul Drain is a large PBAoE spell that can be avoided by stunning the Steward.
Lady Amandine, an Elezen Duskwight thaumaturge, is the main boss of Haukke Manor. In patch 6.1, her boss mechanics have changed. She will now cast Void Fire and Void Thunder, which can be avoided by interrupting her spellcasting. Occasionally, she will teleport and apply a Seduce debuff, causing you to move slowly towards her while an AoE attack is being cast. However, this only lasts for a few seconds, providing enough time to turn around quickly. Overall, this battle is easier than her original form. Lady Amandine can also summon a Manor Sentry and Lady's Handmaidens. Void Fire III and Void Thunder III are interruptible spells, while Dark Mist is a large PBAoE spell that can be avoided by stunning Lady Amandine.
